If you’re not, you can return/exchange your items. 

Before exchanging or returning a product or your entire order, please contact us at online@evangelistasports.com. No exchange/return will be accepted without our authorization. All returns and or exchanges that are not defects will be subjected to a store credit only.

Return shipping for non-defective items is at buyer expense with their choice of courier ( a tracked delivery is always recommended).

When returning items, please remember the following:

Return It Within 10 Days

The return process must begin within 10 days of receiving your order. No refunds on customer error in regards to size and/or style. All returns are for the purchase price only, which do not include shipping costs. All customized products are final sale. All products must be returned unused, unopened (product seals), and in their original packaging otherwise, we may not be able to accept them. Returns that are used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, usually within 10 business days.

 

Return New Items Only

Returned cleats, clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original tags attached. 

 

Some Items Can’t Be Returned

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

Keep the Tags On

Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hangtag attached, the return will not be processed.

 

No Refunds.

Exchanges or returns for an in-store credit must be made within 10 days of purchase. The original receipt is required.

All items must be in unused/unworn condition, with all tickets attached and in its original packaging.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are excluded from exchanges or returns.

FINAL SALE on underwear, undergarments, socks, mouth guards, masks and face coverings due to hygienic reasons.

FINAL SALE on clearance items with a reduction of 30% or more.

No guarantee on goalkeeper gloves.

Guarantee on footwear:

Exchanges of defective footwear must be made within 30 days of purchase with its original receipt.

This guarantee is only for manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, and accidental breakage.
