Before exchanging or returning a product or your entire order, please contact us before. We will authorize your exchange/return.

All returns will be subjected to an online store credit only.

When returning items, please remember the following:

Return It Within 10 Days

The return process must begin within 10 days of receiving your order. No refunds on customer error in regards to size and/or style. All returns are for the purchase price only, which do not include shipping costs.

Return New Items Only

Returned cleats, clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, or hair and with the original tags attached. 

Some Items Can’t Be Returned

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Keep the Tags On

Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

Please note that if the above conditions are not met, the return/exchange will not be processed.
