EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY:
- Any product qualified for exchange or return must be in brand new condition.
- Before returning a product, please call our customer service department at (514)277-5951 ext. 101 or by email at email@example.com
- Items must be returned with appropriate tages and/or boxes.
- Return process must begin within 10 days of receiving item.
- No refund on customer error in regards to size or style.
- All returns must be sent back with National Posts Offices only.
- Any refund or credit will be for purchase price only.
- Shipping cannot be refunded for the purchase, return or exchange. Buyer assumes the cost of all shipping.
- Buyer assumes cost of any other fees that may occur within shipping.
- For all international returns or exchanges, the declared value for Customs / Shipping can't be over CAD$70. (In order to avoid extra-charges)
- All credits or refunds are subject to an evaluation period.
- Any customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
