Online returns will be subjected to online store credit only.
All returns for Online Store Credit are for the purchase price only, which do not include shipping costs.
The customer assumes the cost of all shipping. Including the return of the item and the shipping for the exchange.
Return process must begin within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items returned must have the appropriate tags and/or boxes and in it's brand new condition.
No refund on customer error in regards to size or style.
All returns/exchanges must be sent back with National Posts Offices only.
For all international returns or exchanges, the declared value for customs/shipping can't be over $70CAD. In order to avoid extra charges.
