All embellished products (name, number, logo, or any customization whatsoever) is final sale – no returns, exchanges, and credit notes. Any products eligible for return must be return at the client’s expense to:

The client is also responsible for paying for a new shipping label (which we will email you) so that we may send out the new product.
Please refer to the size chart, and make sure you have selected the correct sizing (junior or adult).
Please allow 2-3 weeks for production of all personalized products in addition to the shipping delays. Selecting a faster shipping method (i.e. Xpresspost) does NOT reduce the 2-3 week processing period.
