Shipping Fees

Delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and should not be taken as guarantees. Please be aware there may be additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders may take up to 5 business days to process before being shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any order where the shipping fees exceed 25% of the order's subtotal, or the right to send an additional invoice for the shipping fees.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact online@evangelistasports.com for authorization. Unauthorized returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of purchase, with the original receipt required.
Items must be in new, unused/unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Removing tags may void your right to return.
Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the buyer, with a tracked delivery recommended.
Products marked as FINAL SALE (including sale items, customized products, underwear, undergarments, socks, mouth guards, masks, face coverings, and clearance items with a 30% or more reduction) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges or returns for non-defective items will be issued as a store credit only.

Footwear: Regular-priced defective footwear can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, covering manufacturing defects only. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental breakage. The replacement will be for the same model, with only one exchange allowed. Discounted footwear is not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Customized Items: Products personalized with logos, names, numbers, embroidery, or any printing are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy also applies to footwear and gloves with customization.
Euro Cup and Copa America Jerseys: These items are final sale, with no exchanges or returns allowed.
Hygienic Products: Items such as underwear, undergarments, socks, mouth guards, masks, and face coverings are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Customers are responsible for all regional taxes, postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees. Refusing a parcel due to import duties or taxes may result in deductions from the refund for all related shipping costs.
In the event of concerns regarding payment fraud, we may contact you for additional information to verify the order's legitimacy.
Name & Number Printing: Custom or official printing on jerseys is charged at $50 CAD, with a discounted rate of $40 CAD for in-store or online purchases with proof of purchase. Customized jerseys are final sale.
In-Store Pickup: Orders must be picked up within 30 days. Unclaimed orders will be restocked, and a store credit will be issued.

Some exclusions may apply that are not listed here. We reserve the right to amend policies or handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
